Radiology Coordinator – Remote Full‑Time

About the role

We are looking for a detail‑oriented, tech‑savvy Radiology Coordinator to support our high‑volume, 24/7 radiology operations. Working remotely, you will act as the key liaison between radiologists, hospitals and clinical teams to ensure urgent diagnostic findings are communicated quickly and accurately. The role also involves managing exam prioritization, supporting radiologists with workflow, and maintaining strict compliance with patient‑privacy regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Relay critical radiology results and urgent findings to hospitals, referring physicians and care teams in line with clinical protocols.
• Track, prioritize and coordinate incoming diagnostic exams based on clinical urgency.
• Perform basic IT and software troubleshooting to resolve minor system glitches or access issues within the radiology platform.
• Monitor communication channels, incoming calls and system alerts to guarantee rapid response times.
• Maintain real‑time documentation of communications, exam updates and operational activities while adhering to SOPs and patient‑privacy standards.

Required profile

• Prior experience in healthcare operations, radiology coordination or medical administration.
• Practical knowledge of medical and radiologic terminology.
• Exceptional verbal and written English communication skills.
• Self‑motivated with a quiet home‑office suitable for handling sensitive medical information.
