QA/QC Engineer

About the role

The QA/QC Engineer ensures that all construction works meet the required quality standards and client specifications. This role supports the operations team by providing clear, accurate line tagging and documentation, making installation and quality checks more efficient.

Key responsibilities

• Verify that approved plans and materials are available, usable, and correctly reflected on site.
• Inspect, test, and certify that installed works comply with quality and client standards.
• Prepare and schedule inspection documents, conduct internal and client‑led inspections, and maintain detailed reports.
• Ensure As‑Built drawings are accurate and up‑to‑date.
• Draft and monitor technical correspondence such as Quality Bulletins.
• Report and analyse punch‑list items and sub‑standard work to prevent recurrence.
• Participate in internal and external site audits related to line and grade, QA, and QC.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Civil, or Sanitary Engineering.
• Strong oral and written communication abilities.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
• Effective time‑management and organisational skills.
• Commitment to responsibilities and professional integrity.
