About the role
The Public Relations Officer will support the planning, creation and delivery of the brand’s PR initiatives across owned and earned media. Working closely with a PR agency and internal teams, the role ensures that all communications align with brand direction, business priorities and messaging standards, helping to build visibility, credibility and trust.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and finalise PR materials such as press releases, key messages, FAQs and executive talking points, ensuring consistency of tone and brand voice.
- Act as the primary liaison with the external PR agency, providing briefs, reviewing deliverables and tracking timelines.
- Coordinate PR programmes with Digital Content, Brand Marketing, Operations and other internal stakeholders to secure approvals, spokesperson readiness and timely launches.
- Support the planning and execution of media events and PR activations, handling logistics, invitations and post‑event reporting.
- Monitor media coverage, social conversations and public sentiment to identify emerging issues, and assist in preparing crisis communication materials.
Required profile
- Proven experience in public relations or corporate communications.
- Strong coordination and project‑management abilities, with attention to detail.
- Excellent written communication skills and ability to maintain consistent brand messaging.
- Comfort working with external agencies and cross‑functional internal teams.
- Ability to monitor media sentiment and support crisis communication efforts.
