Project Scheduler – Construction Planning

About the role

We are looking for a skilled Project Scheduler to develop, monitor, and maintain detailed construction schedules for major infrastructure projects. You will work closely with engineering, procurement, and site teams to ensure project timelines are met and risks are managed effectively.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, monitor, and maintain construction schedules using CPM, Primavera P6, and MS Project.
• Track progress, analyze performance, and produce regular schedule reports for stakeholders.
• Maintain schedule integrity, baseline versions, and version control.
• Coordinate task sequencing, milestone tracking, resource loading, and subcontractor schedules.
• Collaborate with engineering, procurement, and site management to align scopes of work with timelines.
• Identify critical path activities, monitor float, and recommend corrective actions.
• Prepare presentation materials and present scheduling updates to internal and client meetings.
• Update the project risk register and conduct delay analysis, "what‑if" scenarios, and impact assessments.
• Facilitate coordination among teams to resolve schedule conflicts and ensure compliance with QA/QC standards.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of planning and scheduling experience on major infrastructure projects.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem‑solving skills.
• Willingness to work on a project‑base status and be assigned in Manila.
