Project Manager – EPC (Industrial Facility Construction)

About the role

The Project Manager will lead the end‑to‑end delivery of an industrial facility construction project, overseeing mobilization, construction, commissioning and handover. The role is accountable for schedule, cost, quality, HSE and stakeholder coordination to ensure safe, compliant, and operational readiness.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the full project lifecycle: planning, procurement, construction, commissioning and handover.
• Develop and manage execution plans, schedules and budgets aligned with scope and milestones.
• Monitor critical path progress, resolve risks and delays proactively.
• Manage EPC contractors, subcontractors and variation orders, ensuring contractual and safety compliance.
• Oversee construction of waste handling systems, treatment units, utilities, buildings and civil works.
• Coordinate with designers, engineers, vendors and operations teams for construction and operational readiness.
• Enforce HSE standards, safety plans and ensure compliance with environmental permits and regulations.
• Provide regular updates on progress, risks, cost and forecasts to support management decisions.
• Lead testing, commissioning and performance validation, and prepare handover documentation.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Civil, Environmental, Mechanical or related).
• 8‑12+ years of project management experience in industrial, infrastructure or environmental facilities.
• Proven experience delivering waste management, water/wastewater or heavy‑industrial projects.
• Experience working in EPC or multi‑contractor environments.
