Project Engineer – Large‑Scale Infrastructure

About the role

We are looking for a Project Engineer to support the delivery of large‑scale infrastructure and reclamation projects. The role will work closely with the project lead and manager to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget and to the required quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the project lead/manager in managing project schedule, cost and quality.
• Resolve contract‑related matters to ensure smooth project delivery and closure.
• Maintain and update project plans, schedules, budgets and expenditures.
• Attend progress and ad‑hoc meetings with clients and contractors, providing weekly and monthly updates.
• Document actions and decisions from meetings and follow up accordingly.
• Prepare presentation materials for meetings and senior management.
• Provide administrative support and undertake project tasks as required.
• Ensure compliance with approved methodologies, frameworks and proper documentation.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in civil engineering from a recognized university.
• Minimum 5 years of experience on large‑scale infrastructure or reclamation projects.
• Excellent verbal, written and presentation communication skills.
• Proactive team player with strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
• Self‑motivated, disciplined and able to work under tight deadlines.
• Willingness to work on a project‑based assignment in Manila.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
