Production Analyst

About the role

We are looking for a Production Analyst to join our manufacturing team. The role involves handling daily and monthly production data, ensuring accurate reporting, and supporting internal and customer inquiries related to output, waste and inventory.

Key responsibilities

• Encode daily production reports and compile monthly output and waste summaries.
• Respond to internal and external inquiries regarding production dates, quantities and customer balances.
• Maintain records of open job balances and generate declarations for specific product or customer inventory requests.
• Gather traceability information and prepare related reports.
• Communicate large waste volumes or potential under‑runs via email to relevant stakeholders.

Required profile

• Graduate of any engineering discipline, preferably Industrial Engineering.
• Fresh graduates are welcome; up to one year of related experience is an advantage.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Highly analytical, organized and detail‑oriented.
• Proficient with standard computer applications.
