Procurement Specialist – Packaging (APAC)

About the role

As a Procurement Specialist for packaging at Avon, you will lead sourcing activities across the Asia Pacific region, supporting our beauty portfolio. You will drive cost efficiencies, strengthen supplier partnerships, and ensure high standards in quality, sustainability, and innovation.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute sourcing strategies aligned with regional and global priorities.
• Manage supplier relationships, performance, and continuous‑improvement initiatives.
• Negotiate contracts and identify cost‑saving opportunities.
• Support sourcing operations, including pricing, supplier data, and lead‑time improvements.
• Partner with internal teams to drive efficiency and innovation in packaging.

Required profile

• Degree in Engineering, Business, Supply Chain or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of procurement or sourcing experience, preferably in FMCG or packaging within a manufacturing environment.
• Familiarity with hard and soft packaging development is an advantage.
• Strong negotiation, supplier‑management and project‑management capabilities.
• Ability to work across diverse cultures and teams.
