Processor Assistant

About the role

LBC Mortgage is seeking a highly organized Processor Assistant to support its loan processing team. This remote position offers the chance to grow within the mortgage industry while working in a fast‑paced, supportive environment.

Key responsibilities

• Assist processors with daily loan pipeline management.
• Collect and organize borrower documentation.
• Follow up with clients, escrow, title, and third parties for outstanding conditions.
• Upload and review documents in the CRM/LOS system.
• Help ensure loan files are complete and organized.
• Maintain communication with internal teams and borrowers throughout the process.
• Support the processing team with administrative and operational tasks.

Required profile

• Previous mortgage experience is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast‑paced environment.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Comfortable working remotely during US business hours.

Required skills

• Experience with mortgage CRM/LOS systems (a plus).
