Platform Operations Engineer – Cloud Services

About the role

Atmail is looking for a talented Platform Operations Engineer to join its Cloud Platforms team. You will operate and improve Atmail’s cloud services, ensuring high availability, stability, security, and cost‑efficiency for consumer‑oriented email solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Operate Atmail cloud platforms and maintain SLA‑driven availability.
• Review, prioritize, and execute work requests from internal customers.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to implement new platform features aligned with the product roadmap.
• Define and track success metrics for platform reliability and performance.
• Resolve technical incidents, provide on‑call support, and communicate solutions to stakeholders.
• Assist customers with technical issues and identify opportunities to improve their experience.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of hands‑on experience in software engineering or platform operations.
• At least 5 years of overall IT experience.
• Strong ability to work autonomously and within an agile team.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
