NRM Net Revenue Management Specialist

About the role

Haleon is seeking a Net Revenue Management (NRM) Specialist for the Conosur region (Argentina & Chile). The role focuses on identifying and developing growth opportunities across the five NRM pillars: price, pack price architecture, ideal assortment, trade investment management, and promo management.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with Sales, Finance, Trade Marketing and Marketing to align NRM initiatives.
• Detect and develop growth opportunities based on the five NRM pillars.
• Serve as the SAP Trade Investment Management super‑user for Argentina and Chile, providing support, governance and adoption.
• Act as the liaison with regional teams to ensure consistent NRM guidelines and best practices.
• Coordinate stakeholders to guarantee aligned execution of NRM projects.

Required profile

• University degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, Actuarial Science or related fields.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in NRM, RGM, Business Intelligence or Commercial Finance, preferably in FMCG, health or consumer goods.
• Intermediate‑advanced English (B2/C1/C2).
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (intermediate level).
• Experience creating reports with BI tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
• Availability for full‑time hybrid work (2 days onsite) at the Victoria plant, San Fernando, Buenos Aires.
