NCLEX Reviewer / PHRN – Healthcare Account (Work from Home)

About the role

We are looking for Philippine Registered Nurses (PHRNs) with at least one year of bedside or hospital experience who are preparing for the NCLEX exam. The role allows you to work from home during your NCLEX review period and later transition to an onsite position in Ortigas.

Key responsibilities

• Review and process healthcare‑related documentation and records.
• Ensure accuracy and compliance with client and company guidelines.
• Apply clinical knowledge to support healthcare operations.
• Coordinate with internal teams on case reviews and documentation requirements.
• Maintain confidentiality and adhere to healthcare industry regulations.
• Meet quality and productivity standards set by the client and company.

Required profile

• Active Philippine Registered Nurse (PHRN) license.
• Minimum 1 year of bedside or hospital experience.
• Currently reviewing for or planning to take the NCLEX.
• Strong clinical knowledge and patient‑care experience.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient with computer applications and multiple systems.
• Willingness to work from home during the review period and onsite thereafter.
• Flexible schedule to be discussed.
