Multi Skilled Technician

About the role

The Multi Skilled Technician will provide comprehensive maintenance support for residential and commercial properties, handling electrical, plumbing, and air‑conditioning tasks. The role demands quick diagnosis of issues, prompt repairs, and adherence to safety and code standards.

Key responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair electrical faults such as wiring problems, socket failures, circuit breaker issues, and lighting defects.
• Install, replace, and maintain electrical fixtures, outlets, switches, and distribution panels in line with local codes.
• Respond to service calls for general building upkeep, including minor plumbing repairs and air‑conditioning system maintenance.
• Conduct routine inspections of electrical systems, tag and label panels, valves, pumps, and controls, and recommend preventive actions.
• Maintain accurate maintenance logs, service reports, and ensure a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Collaborate with department heads, supervisors, or property owners to resolve issues efficiently and provide emergency on‑call support when required.

Required profile

• Possession of a TESDA NC II or NC III certificate is an advantage.
• Ability to work independently and follow safety regulations.
• Willingness to be on‑call for urgent maintenance situations.
