Materials Planning Analyst II – Supply Chain

About the role

The Materials Planning Analyst II will ensure continuous supply of materials to TE plants by managing stock replenishments from multiple suppliers. This role executes purchase orders, monitors procurement activities, and drives improvements in the material planning process to achieve best‑in‑class performance.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor procurement activities for assigned suppliers to guarantee timely stock replenishment across TE plants.
• Analyze and resolve exception messages, including cancellations, rescheduling, pull‑ins and expedites.
• Review aging orders, propose actions, and maintain supply continuity.
• Track and improve key performance metrics such as inventory levels, supplier performance, and invoice aging.
• Resolve price and quantity discrepancies according to company policies.
• Enter and maintain material planning master data (excluding info records).
• Provide procurement analysis and data to support strategic decisions for assigned plants.
• Share forecast data with external vendors and coordinate joint calls.

Required profile

• Degree or diploma in Business, Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering or a related field.
• 1–2 years of experience with SAP or another ERP system.
• Understanding of MRP, procurement and purchasing processes.
• 1–2 years of experience in supply chain planning or material management.
• Willingness to work flexible hours and travel when needed.
• Ability to communicate in French is a plus.
