Management Trainee – Taguig

About the role

The Management Trainee will support the daily operations of a Jollibee restaurant located on General Santos Avenue in Taguig. This entry‑level position provides hands‑on experience in food safety, customer service, sales growth and store administration.

Key responsibilities

• Implement and ensure compliance with food safety, cleanliness and store safety programs.
• Oversee day‑to‑day effectiveness of dine‑in and take‑home sales services.
• Address customer needs promptly and maintain high service standards.
• Support the Restaurant Manager in building sales initiatives and managing institutional accounts.
• Identify operational and cost‑management opportunities to meet or exceed sales targets.
• Manage workforce planning, hiring, orientation, scheduling and shift management for the store.
• Handle store administrative tasks such as office organization, securing government permits, preparing reports and maintaining safety programs.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Food or Business‑related fields.
• Strong leadership and customer‑service orientation.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills across all store levels.
• Ability to perform well under pressure or opposition.
• Willingness to work shifting schedules and long hours.
