About the role
This position is for an experienced Luxury River Cruise Specialist who will handle warm, high‑intent inbound leads and guide affluent customers through a multi‑step consultative sales process. The role is office‑based in BGC Taguig and operates on a night‑shift schedule aligned with Canadian time zones.
Key responsibilities
- Engage with inbound leads, conduct discovery conversations to capture travel preferences, budgets and expectations.
- Present curated river‑cruise itineraries, explain inclusions, pricing tiers and value propositions in a sophisticated manner.
- Build trust and maintain multi‑week follow‑ups, nurturing leads until conversion.
- Convert qualified leads into bookings, handle objections and guide clients toward informed decisions.
- Maintain accurate CRM records, update lead stages and document all interactions.
- Manage multiple conversations simultaneously within 1‑4 week sales cycles and coordinate with tour operators for final booking and handoff.
Required profile
- Experience in sales or client‑facing roles, preferably in hospitality, real estate, financial services or other high‑ticket consultative sales.
- Strong spoken and written English (B2‑C1 level) with a neutral accent.
- Proven ability to communicate confidently with high‑net‑worth individuals, typically 55+ in the Canadian market.
- Experience managing multi‑touch, multi‑week sales cycles and consistent follow‑up.
- Highly organized, comfortable using CRMs and maintaining detailed records.
- University degree preferred and at least two years of college education.
- Willingness to work full‑time night‑shift in an office environment.
