About the role

The Logistics & Sourcing Solutions Business Partner is responsible for ensuring seamless coordination between logistics execution and sourcing activities for SCommerce. This role supports mid‑mile operations, packaging inventory, reverse logistics, and supplier onboarding across multiple categories.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee domestic transfers, linehaul transactions, and delivery schedules to ensure timely mid‑mile execution.
• Plan and monitor packaging inventory, balancing availability with cost efficiency.
• Lead liquidation initiatives for returned or excess goods, maximizing recovery value.
• Identify, evaluate, and onboard suppliers for packaging, assets, MHE, workforce, and trucking.
• Maintain strong vendor relationships to guarantee service quality and compliance.
• Collaborate with Workforce, Warehouse Operations, Finance, Assets, Trucking, and Packaging teams to align sourcing and logistics with business needs.
• Utilize Google Sheets, Excel, and analytics to track performance and drive operational improvements.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
• Knowledge of warehousing, e‑commerce operations, and domestic trucking.
• Established vendor network and strong relationship‑building abilities.
• Detail‑oriented with excellent problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to influence internal and external stakeholders.
• Proactive mindset focused on continuous improvement.
