Logistics Analyst – Traffic Management

About the role

onsemi is looking for a proactive Logistics Analyst to support equipment shipments and carrier relationships within a dynamic logistics environment. You will work closely with global teams, forwarders, and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth end‑to‑end transportation operations.

Key responsibilities

• Lead regular meetings with key carriers, review performance and resolve issues.
• Create and present quarterly business reviews (QBRs) for the carrier base.
• Coordinate ad‑hoc spot quote requests and conduct spot rate negotiations with forwarders.
• Monitor shipments from pick‑up to delivery, ensuring compliance with routing instructions.
• Assist with 8D formal damage investigations and follow‑up actions.
• Participate in the Oracle Transportation Management (OTM) implementation and drive process improvements.
• Perform cost analysis, claim filing, and corrective‑action reviews.
• Conduct data analysis and modeling to continuously improve logistics operations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics or a related field.
• Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment with shifting priorities.
• Proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office.
• SQL or PL/SQL knowledge is a plus.
• Experience with Power BI and Tableau is a plus.
