Legal Counsel – Data Centre Operations

About the role

The Legal Counsel will support the Head of Legal in ensuring that the company operates within all relevant legal frameworks while facilitating business growth. This role involves close collaboration with multiple departments to align legal strategies with corporate objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the Head of Legal in daily duties and strategic initiatives.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure legal compliance across the organization.
• Draft, review, negotiate, and finalize contracts and agreements in line with company goals.
• Provide practical advice on contract terms, associated risks, and regulatory requirements.
• Render legal opinions and monitor updates in the legal landscape to implement timely compliance changes.
• Develop, maintain, and improve legal guidelines, policies, internal training materials, and standard form agreements.
• Conduct trainings and orientations on legal matters and business processes.
• Support the legal department’s Key Performance Indicators and perform additional legal services such as regulatory compliance and correspondence with government agencies.
