About the role
Meralco is seeking a Learning & Development Associate to support the design, delivery, and evaluation of learning interventions across the organization. The role will work closely with line managers to identify performance gaps and create targeted development solutions that align with business objectives.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct needs analysis with business units to determine learning and performance improvement requirements.
- Design and develop learning interventions using the ADDIE framework.
- Manage the implementation of training programs, employing both traditional classroom and modern digital methodologies.
- Prepare instructional materials, checklists, and documentation for each learning initiative.
- Evaluate program effectiveness using contemporary evaluation tools and techniques.
Required profile
- Degree in Psychology, Organizational Development, Human Resource Management, Communication, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in training implementation, classroom management, and facilitation.
- Strong oral and written communication skills in English.
- Effective team player with a results‑driven mindset.
Required skills
- Proficiency with the ADDIE framework.
- Experience creating print and video materials using Canva and Menti.
- Advanced skills in Microsoft 365, Excel, and Power BI for data visualization.
