Junior Industrial Designer (Remote, 2D Design)

About the role

We are looking for a creative Junior Industrial Designer to join our remote design team. The position focuses on 2D floor‑plan design and rendering for hospitality, industrial, and commercial projects, requiring strong spatial awareness and attention to detail.

Key responsibilities

• Develop comprehensive floor‑plan layouts that meet client requirements and design standards.
• Produce high‑quality 2D renderings to visualize concepts and communicate with stakeholders.
• Apply layout principles, furniture knowledge, and accessibility considerations.
• Interpret technical drawings and specifications.
• Analyze client needs, propose tailored solutions, and address design challenges.
• Collaborate with team members, adapt to changing project timelines, and manage tasks to meet deadlines.
• Participate in design reviews and incorporate feedback.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Design or a related field with an up‑to‑date portfolio.
• 0‑1 year of relevant experience or strong internship background.
• Solid understanding of design principles and methodologies.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and independent work skills.
• Familiarity with both Apple and Windows operating systems.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator (2D design software).
• Basic knowledge of 3D modeling software (any platform).
