Junior Host - Marketing Operations

About the role

The Junior Host – Marketing Operations supports the Rewards Circle Club by guiding patrons through membership processes, handling account updates, and promoting revenue‑generating offers. This role blends customer service with marketing activities in a fast‑paced hospitality environment.

Key responsibilities

• Facilitate daily membership sign‑up process, educating patrons about Rewards Circle Club benefits.
• Update patron account information and respond to queries regarding membership status.
• Upsell Rewards Collection items to meet revenue targets set by management.
• Process redemption of Rewards Collection and complimentary items to improve patron retention.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Hospitality Management, Marketing or Business Administration.
• At least one year of experience in the hospitality or gaming industry.
• Sales and marketing experience is an advantage.
• Fluent oral and written English; additional language skills (Japanese, Cantonese, Korean or Mandarin) are a plus.
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including days, weekends, holidays and irregular hours.
