IT Specialist – ERP Support

About the role

The IT Specialist – ERP Support will be responsible for day‑to‑day operation of dnata’s ERP environment, working closely with the Managed Service Provider and business users to keep the system stable, secure and aligned with corporate processes.

Key responsibilities

• Provide first‑line support for ERP modules such as Procurement, FI/CO, Payroll and SuccessFactors.
• Manage BAU incidents, service requests and enhancements in partnership with the MSP.
• Gather business requirements and translate them into ERP configuration or custom solutions.
• Participate in ERP implementation, upgrade and cut‑over projects, including configuration, testing and go‑live support.
• Maintain and troubleshoot customisations (Z‑tables, user exits, ABAP code).
• Document and monitor integration points between ERP and other dnata applications.
• Automate business processes within the ERP platform where applicable.
• Support audit and compliance activities related to ERP processes and propose system improvements.

Required profile

• Minimum Diploma in IT or a related field.
• At least 5 years of SAP techno‑functional experience covering SAP ECC, S/4HANA and RISE.
• Deep knowledge of one or more modules (Procurement, MM, FI/CO, Payroll, HR SuccessFactors); SAP certification preferred.
• Proven track record of ERP implementations, integrations and ABAP debugging.
• Strong communication skills to bridge business users, technical teams and MSP partners.
