Installation Supervisor – Davao

About the role

The Installation Supervisor leads KONE’s installation team in Davao, ensuring safe, high‑quality delivery of elevator solutions on time and within budget. Acting as the main interface between KONE, the client and subcontractors, the supervisor oversees the project from sales hand‑over through to final testing and maintenance hand‑over.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full installation project lifecycle, including site safety, environmental compliance and financial results.
• Prepare installation programmes, resource plans and coordinate material delivery and storage.
• Ensure correct KONE installation methods, cost control and achievement of R80 targets.
• Handle daily HR tasks such as absences, timesheet approvals and team performance monitoring.
• Maintain project documentation, update company management systems and report progress to superiors.
• Coordinate with Accounts Payable/Controlling to align site activities with contractual payment terms.
• Oversee final equipment testing, hand‑over to maintenance and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Manage relationships with customers, subcontractors and internal stakeholders, acting as the single point of contact during installation.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading installation or construction teams on complex projects.
• Strong knowledge of site safety, environmental handling and budget management.
• Ability to plan, organise and control resources, materials and subcontractor activities.
• Excellent communication skills for internal and external stakeholder management.
• Leadership capability to develop, motivate and assess site operatives.
