Infrastructure Architect

About the role

The Infrastructure Architect will design and implement robust, scalable infrastructure solutions while integrating AI‑enabled chatbot technologies and optimizing service management processes. This role supports operational efficiency in a hybrid work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Design and deploy scalable infrastructure aligned with organizational goals and industry standards.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to embed AI‑enabled chatbot solutions into existing systems.
• Develop and oversee Change Lifecycle Management processes to ensure smooth transitions.
• Optimize networking solutions to improve connectivity reliability and security.
• Manage incident resolution to minimize operational impact.
• Provide strategic guidance for Service Desk operations and enhance user experience.
• Implement and maintain ServiceNow to streamline IT service management.
• Conduct regular infrastructure performance assessments and recommend improvements.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and relevant regulations.
• Monitor emerging technologies and drive innovation in infrastructure design.

Required profile

• Extensive experience in Change Lifecycle Management.
• Proven expertise with AI‑enabled chatbot technologies.
• Strong background in secure, reliable networking design.
• Hands‑on incident management experience.
• Experience in Service Desk operations with a user‑centric focus.
• Solid track record implementing and maintaining ServiceNow solutions.
• Preferably experience in the Media and Entertainment sector.
• Excellent problem‑solving, communication, and collaboration abilities.
