Industrial Product Designer (Consumer Products) – Remote, Full Time

About the role

We are seeking a highly creative Industrial Product Designer based in the Philippines to shape the visual identity of our consumer‑product portfolio, which includes premium hair tools and power/home‑improvement tools. The role focuses on product form, brand expression, CMF, and user experience, translating brand strategy into iconic, emotionally compelling physical products for global markets.

Key responsibilities

• Lead form development and aesthetic direction for new products across multiple categories.
• Create a distinctive, consistent design language that strengthens brand recognition.
• Explore concepts through sketching, ergonomic refinement, and 3D development.
• Develop CMF (Color, Material, Finish) strategies aligned with brand positioning.
• Ensure designs consider functionality, usability, and internal component integration.
• Collaborate with product development to align on feasibility, performance, and manufacturing while maintaining design integrity.
• Produce high‑quality renderings and presentation visuals to communicate design intent.
• Conduct trend research and competitive analysis to inform forward‑thinking design decisions.
• Contribute to a cohesive product ecosystem across SKUs and categories.

Required profile

• Strong portfolio demonstrating brand‑led product design, form exploration, and CMF expertise.
• Experience designing consumer products such as beauty, electronics, tools, home goods, or lifestyle items.
• Exceptional understanding of proportion, ergonomics, surface development, and user interaction.
• Ability to balance aesthetics, functionality, and manufacturability.
• Clear communication skills and experience collaborating with cross‑functional teams.

Required skills

• Proficiency in 3D modeling and rendering tools such as Rhino, SolidWorks, Fusion 360, KeyShot, or similar.
• Strong sketching skills (digital or hand).
