About the role
As a Human Resources Business Partner you will act as a trusted advisor to client stakeholders and internal teams, aligning people strategies with business objectives. You will influence employee experience at scale while working closely with senior leaders across the organization.
Key responsibilities
- Partner with client stakeholders to translate business needs into effective HR strategies and provide consultative guidance on workforce decisions.
- Drive organizational development initiatives, including employee engagement, talent development, succession planning and change management.
- Manage employee and labor relations cases, ensuring compliance with Philippine labor laws and supporting exit processes.
- Serve as the primary HR point of contact for day‑to‑day client concerns, conduct onboarding, orientations and regular site visits.
- Oversee HR operations such as performance management cycles, attendance validation, pay adjustments and compliance reporting.
- Lead or contribute to HR projects and continuous‑improvement initiatives, identifying opportunities to enhance processes and employee experience.
Required profile
- 2–3 years of experience as an HR Generalist or HR Business Partner.
- At least 2 years of hands‑on experience in employee/labor relations and organizational development.
- Experience managing client accounts of 300 + FTEs.
- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Industrial/Organizational Psychology or a related field.
- Nice‑to‑have: project‑management experience and exposure to BPO or customer‑oriented environments.
