HR Officer / HR Generalist

About the role

The company is seeking an experienced HR Officer/Generalist to lead people management, performance evaluation, employee relations, compensation & benefits, engagement, and compliance across its manufacturing site. This role will ensure HR processes align with Philippine labor standards and support a positive workplace culture.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise, coach, and evaluate junior HR staff and team leaders.
• Design, roll out, and monitor a company‑wide performance appraisal system and KPI tracking.
• Manage employee grievances, lead labor‑compliant disciplinary actions, and facilitate conflict resolution.
• Oversee timekeeping, statutory government contributions, and HMO enrollments.
• Lead plant‑wide culture initiatives, employee feedback programs, and team‑building events.
• Ensure all site policies strictly comply with Philippine labor standards.

Required profile

• Degree in Psychology, HR Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of comprehensive HR experience, including supervisory or leadership responsibilities.
• Prior experience in food manufacturing, factory, or FMCG environments is highly preferred.
