Healthcare Recruitment Consultant (Remote, Australia)

About the role

Mediix, a boutique Australian healthcare recruitment agency, is seeking two Recruitment Consultants to join its remote team. You will manage the full recruitment lifecycle for allied health and medical professionals across Australia.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals and client organisations.
• Manage the end‑to‑end recruitment process, from business development to candidate placement.
• Conduct candidate interviews, screening calls and write job advertisements.
• Maintain accurate records in spreadsheets and the Bullhorn CRM system.
• Coordinate vacancies and recruitment campaigns, following up with candidates and clients.
• Contribute ideas to improve and grow the business.

Required profile

• Positive attitude and enjoyment of speaking with people.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Confident phone presence with clients and candidates.
• Organised, detail‑oriented and diligent about keeping records up to date.
• Proactive, motivated and comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
• Previous recruitment experience with Australian clients and full‑cycle recruitment.
• Healthcare recruitment experience (allied health or medical doctors) is highly desirable.
