Health, Safety, Security & Environment (HSSE) Manager

About the role

Cushman & Wakefield is seeking an experienced HSSE Manager to lead the deployment and management of Environmental Health & Safety programs across its sites. You will ensure daily safety compliance, mitigate risks, and uphold regulatory standards.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the deployment and management of EH&S programs across sites to ensure daily safety compliance.
• Identify risks, implement corrective and preventive measures, and audit their effectiveness.
• Maintain and update SOPs, training materials, and regulatory documentation.
• Conduct inspections, audits, and accident investigations, ensuring corrective actions are implemented.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure compliance with federal, state, and local EH&S regulations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Safety, Engineering, or related sciences (preferred).
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Environmental Health & Safety roles.
• Professional safety certification such as CSP or CIH (preferred).
• Strong knowledge of OH&S legislation, risk management, and auditing practices.
• Excellent communication, problem‑solving, and organizational abilities.
