Graphic Designer – Remote (Philippines)

About the role

We are seeking a talented Graphic Designer to join a fast‑moving US‑based branded merchandise company. The role is fully remote and supports the creation of custom artwork and production‑ready designs for apparel, drinkware, pens and other promotional items. You will translate hand‑drawn concepts into polished digital assets while collaborating with a small, dynamic team.

Key responsibilities

• Create hand‑drawn custom artwork and convert it into clean vector files using Adobe Illustrator.
• Develop realistic mockups for branded merchandise and promotional products.
• Adapt designs to product specifications, sizing, colour limits and decoration methods.
• Prepare production‑ready artwork files for printing, embroidery and other processes.
• Collaborate with teammates via messaging and file‑sharing platforms for feedback and revisions.
• Identify and streamline creative workflows to reduce turnaround time.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of professional graphic design experience.
• Strong hand‑drawing and illustration abilities.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Detail‑oriented and organized in a fast‑paced remote environment.
• Willingness to complete a design assessment during hiring.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator.
