Graphic Designer – Performance Marketing

About the role

We are seeking a Graphic Designer with a strong focus on performance marketing to create high‑converting visual assets for Meta and Google advertising ecosystems. Based in Cebu City, you will work closely with our Marketing and Sales teams to drive growth across key Southeast Asian markets, especially Singapore.

Key responsibilities

• Design and produce high‑performing creatives for Meta Ads (Facebook, Instagram) and Google Ads (Display, YouTube).
• Develop visual assets optimized for conversion, engagement, and brand storytelling.
• Collaborate with Marketing and Sales to translate briefs into compelling designs.
• Iterate and refine creatives based on performance data and stakeholder feedback.
• Support additional design needs such as social media graphics, landing pages, and marketing collateral.
• Leverage AI‑powered design tools to accelerate production and generate creative variations.

Required profile

• 1‑3 years of graphic design experience, preferably in digital or performance marketing.
• Portfolio showcasing effective ad creatives for Meta and/or Google platforms.
• Detail‑oriented, responsive to feedback, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Based in Cebu, Philippines.

Required skills

• Adobe Photoshop
• Adobe Illustrator
• After Effects (or similar motion tools)
• CapCut (or similar video editing tools)
• Familiarity with AI design tools such as Midjourney, DALL·E, Canva AI
