Graphic Designer (Packaging & Merch)

About the role

We are seeking a Graphic Designer to create packaging and merchandise designs for food and beverage brands at a vertically integrated CPG development firm. This hands‑on production role focuses on print‑ready output for shelves, products, and branded merchandise.

Key responsibilities

• Design packaging for food and beverage items, including labels, cans, bottles, boxes, and pouches.
• Develop concepts from brand briefs to print‑ready files, ensuring compliance with dielines, bleed, and production standards.
• Create branded merchandise such as apparel, accessories, and promotional items, adapting brand identities across various substrates.
• Maintain visual consistency across all deliverables and support brand identity work when needed.
• Organize and manage design files in an accessible system and collaborate on revisions through client approval cycles.

Required profile

• Proven experience designing packaging for food, beverage, or CPG brands.
• Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, especially Illustrator and Photoshop.
• Solid understanding of print production, dielines, bleed, and packaging specifications.
• Ability to manage multiple brand projects simultaneously while delivering clean, production‑ready files.
• Organized file‑management habits and keen attention to detail.
