Key responsibilities

• Source and identify qualified candidates for a variety of roles and functions.
• Manage high‑volume hiring needs with speed and accuracy.
• Build and maintain strong talent pipelines through proactive sourcing strategies.
• Partner closely with recruiters and hiring managers to understand role requirements.
• Screen candidates to ensure alignment with role and company expectations.
• Track and manage candidate activity within the ATS and sourcing tools.

Required profile

• Proven experience in global recruitment.
• Demonstrated success handling high‑volume hiring.
• Self‑starter with a strong sense of urgency.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast‑paced environment.
• Excellent collaboration and team‑oriented mindset.

Required skills

• Applicant Tracking System (ATS) proficiency.
• Experience with sourcing tools and workflows.
