General Manager – Construction Projects

About the role

Doma & Benri Builders Corp. (D&B Builders) is seeking a full‑time General Manager to lead its design‑build operations in Cabuyao, Laguna. The role blends remote coordination with regular on‑site presence, ensuring that all projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to the company’s high standards of safety and quality.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations and lead multidisciplinary project teams across active construction sites.
• Manage project budgets, margins, material tracking, labor, subcontractor costs, and client collections.
• Streamline procurement processes and coordinate compliance with accounting and administration functions.
• Run the weekly operating rhythm, produce project dashboards and profitability reports, and flag risks early.
• Engage with clients, contribute to strategic development, and promote a safe, productive work environment.

Required profile

• Proven leadership and team‑management experience in construction or related fields.
• Strong project‑management expertise, including scheduling, budgeting, and logistics for medium‑ to large‑scale projects.
• Deep understanding of design‑build processes, architectural drawings, and structural/concreting works.
• Financial discipline with experience in budget control, margin analysis, and profitability reporting.
• Business‑development acumen for client engagement and strategy formulation.
• Effective problem‑solving, decision‑making, and safety‑compliance knowledge.

Required skills

• Familiarity with EOS / Traction operating system (a plus).
