About the role
The Front Office Supervisor will lead the daily operations of the hotel’s front desk in Baler, Aurora. Reporting to the Front Office Manager, you will ensure smooth guest check‑in/check‑out processes, handle reservations, and maintain high service standards.
Key responsibilities
- Supervise and schedule front office staff, ensuring coverage and performance.
- Oversee guest registration, reservations, billing, and cash handling procedures.
- Address guest inquiries, concerns, and complaints promptly and professionally.
- Prepare daily, weekly and monthly reports on occupancy, revenue and team performance.
- Coordinate with housekeeping, sales and other departments to guarantee seamless guest experiences.
- Monitor compliance with hotel policies, safety standards and quality guidelines.
Required profile
- College graduate in Hospitality Management, Tourism Management or a related field.
- Minimum 2–3 years of front office experience in a hotel or resort.
- Proven supervisory experience managing front desk teams.
- Strong leadership, communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Professional appearance, trustworthy and able to work under pressure.
Required skills
- Knowledge of front office procedures, reservations and cashiering.
- Ability to prepare reports, schedules and monitor team performance.
