The Food & Beverage Supervisor ensures smooth daily operations of the assigned restaurant area, delivering exceptional service and guest satisfaction in line with Forbes Travel Guide standards. This role balances operational efficiency with revenue generation while maintaining a high‑quality dining experience.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate restaurant staff to ensure seamless service.
• Maintain high standards of food and beverage quality and guest satisfaction.
• Train, coach, and develop team members.
• Conduct daily briefings, assign stations, and manage staff deployment.
• Monitor inventory and supplies to maintain adequate stock levels.
• Handle VIP arrivals and execute special guest requests.
• Coordinate restaurant event orders and group bookings.
• Address guest concerns promptly with effective problem‑solving.
• Support revenue‑generation initiatives while ensuring operational excellence.

Required profile

• Proven experience in a five‑star hotel or integrated resort environment.
• Strong knowledge of food & beverage operations and luxury service standards.
• Familiarity with Forbes Travel Guide standards (highly preferred).
• Excellent leadership, team‑management, and interpersonal abilities.
• Strong problem‑solving and decision‑making skills.
• Ability to manage restaurant events, group bookings, and guest relations effectively.
• Capacity to thrive in a fast‑paced hospitality setting while maintaining attention to detail.
