Field Technician – On‑site Support for Coffee Machines

About the role

We are looking for a Field Technician to provide on‑site technical support for Nespresso coffee machines. You will ensure installations, preventive maintenance and repairs are carried out efficiently, delivering high‑quality service and customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Install Nespresso coffee machines at client locations.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues reported by customers.
• Perform preventive maintenance and repair of machines.
• Complete service reports and document recommendations.
• Stay updated on new Nespresso products and technologies.
• Manage time effectively to meet service call schedules.

Required profile

• College or vocational education; NC 2 Certificate in Electrical or Electronics is a plus.
• 1‑2 years of experience in field service or equipment maintenance.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel for field work.
• Flexibility to work on‑site and adapt to varying schedules.
