EV Deployment Local Coordinator – Iloilo & Bacolod

About the role

Clean Air Asia is seeking an EV Deployment Local Coordinator to lead electric‑vehicle (EV) and charging infrastructure activities in the Iloilo and Bacolod regions of the Philippines. The role supports the e‑mobility ASAP Project, which aims to accelerate EV adoption and develop a local EV manufacturing ecosystem.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate the planning, installation and commissioning of EV charging stations in Iloilo and Bacolod.
• Engage with local government units, utilities and private partners to secure permits, site access and funding.
• Monitor project milestones, collect data on deployment progress and report to the regional project team.
• Facilitate capacity‑building workshops for local stakeholders on EV technology and policy.
• Support the development of local policy recommendations and business models that encourage EV uptake.

Required profile

• Proven experience in managing EV or renewable‑energy projects, preferably at the local or municipal level.
• Strong understanding of Philippine regulatory frameworks related to transport and energy.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑engagement skills.
• Ability to work independently and travel within the assigned regions.
