ESL Teacher

About the role

We are looking for an enthusiastic ESL Teacher to deliver engaging online English lessons to students of varying proficiency levels. The position is hybrid, combining virtual instruction with occasional on‑site activities in Parañaque City.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct interactive online English lessons for learners at different proficiency levels.
• Help students improve speaking, listening, reading, and writing skills.
• Encourage confidence and fluency in English communication.
• Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback.
• Create a positive, interactive, and supportive learning environment.
• Collaborate with the teaching team to enhance learning programs and student outcomes.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Education, English, Communication, or a related field.
• Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for teaching and helping students achieve language goals.
• Patient, engaging, and professional demeanor.
• Experience in ESL teaching is an advantage but not mandatory.
• Willingness to undergo training and professional development.
• Based in or near Parañaque and available to work on Saturdays.
• Reliable laptop/PC with functional microphone, camera, and stable internet connection.
