About the role

The Document Controller will be responsible for managing and organizing all project documentation and records. This role ensures that documents are accurate, of high quality, and comply with company standards while supporting project teams throughout the document lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

  • Manage and organize project documents and records.
  • Ensure document accuracy, quality, and compliance with company standards.
  • Coordinate document approvals and revisions with relevant stakeholders.
  • Implement and maintain an efficient filing system.
  • Train staff on document control procedures and related software.
  • Assist in audits by providing necessary documentation.

Required profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Management, or a related field.
  • Less than 1 year of relevant experience in document control or administrative roles.
  • Strong communication skills, proactive attitude, ability to work under pressure, and a team‑player mindset.

Required skills

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Familiarity with document management software.
