About the role
We are seeking a senior leader to drive end‑to‑end transformation initiatives for telecom clients in the Philippines. The role focuses on improving customer experience, operational efficiency, and cost optimization through process excellence, digital innovation, and AI‑led solutions.
Key responsibilities
- Lead and deliver transformation programs across multiple telecom accounts.
- Apply Lean Six Sigma methodologies to achieve process excellence.
- Design and implement digital and AI‑driven solutions such as automation, analytics, and CX tools.
- Act as a trusted advisor to senior client stakeholders, delivering executive presentations and solution discussions.
- Collaborate with operations, technology, and solution teams to ensure scalable outcomes.
- Build, coach, and mentor high‑performing transformation teams.
Required profile
- 10+ years of experience in telecom transformation, operations, or consulting.
- Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification (mandatory).
- Deep domain expertise in telecom operations (customer care, billing, provisioning, network support, retention).
- Proven track record in digital and AI‑led transformation initiatives.
- Excellent stakeholder management, problem‑solving, and presentation skills.
