Digital Product Lead

About the role

The Digital Product Lead will drive the delivery and adoption of digital solutions across Coca-Cola Europacific Aboitiz Philippines. You will manage requirements, coordinate development, lead user acceptance testing, and ensure successful product launches while providing data‑driven insights to optimise performance and user experience.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct in‑depth analysis of existing workflows and commercial processes to identify inefficiencies and optimisation opportunities.
• Support discovery sessions with cross‑functional teams, capture detailed insights and document process gaps for solution design.
• Translate business needs into clear user stories and comprehensive Business Requirements Documents (BRDs).
• Coordinate with vendors and technical teams to validate feasibility, drive timely delivery and manage product backlog and change requests.
• Lead rigorous user acceptance testing (UAT) and create user guides, training materials and release communications.
• Deliver platform training to Sales and DAM teams to ensure adoption readiness.
• Set up back‑end systems, monitor and resolve Level 1 issues, and transform raw data into actionable performance reports.

Required profile

• Proven experience in managing digital product lifecycles from analysis to launch.
• Strong ability to work with cross‑functional teams, vendors and technical stakeholders.
• Excellent analytical skills to identify process gaps and drive optimisation.
• Experience leading user acceptance testing and creating training documentation.
• Data‑driven mindset with capability to extract, clean and analyse data for reporting.
