Digital Marketing Officer – Quezon City

About the role

Odoo APAC is launching its first Philippine office and seeks a Digital Marketing Officer to build brand awareness and generate leads in the local market. You will combine creative storytelling with data‑driven tactics to position Odoo’s open‑source business applications across the Philippines.

Key responsibilities

• Design and execute a comprehensive marketing plan to boost brand visibility and lead generation.
• Create localized content such as testimonials, webinars, blogs, and social media posts to educate prospects and improve SEO.
• Plan and run multi‑channel campaigns—including paid ads, email marketing, webinars, and targeted social outreach—to drive demand.
• Collaborate closely with direct and indirect sales teams to align marketing activities with pipeline needs.
• Conduct market research to uncover growth opportunities and cultural nuances across Philippine regions.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher.
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Filipino; additional Philippine languages are a plus.
• Deep understanding of B2B decision‑making on LinkedIn, Facebook, and other platforms.
• Ability to navigate diverse regional business cultures and thrive in a fast‑paced global environment.
• Creative problem‑solver who performs well under pressure.
• Excellent interpersonal skills for stakeholder, partner, and vendor management.
