Digital Learning and Teacher Consultant

About the role

UNICEF is seeking a Digital Learning and Teacher Consultant to support the Superstar Teachers in the Digital Age initiative. This 18‑month consultancy will provide high‑quality technical assistance, advisory, and coordination across multiple countries, helping teachers adopt digital pedagogy and AI‑enabled professional support.

Key responsibilities

• Provide overall project management and coordination for the initiative.
• Deliver technical advisory and implementation support to country offices and external partners.
• Coordinate with the research partner, overseeing research deliverables and evidence‑generation.
• Manage documentation, knowledge management, and sharing of best practices.
• Facilitate knowledge exchange and dissemination of global public goods.
• Offer technical guidance to additional countries on teachers and AI in education.

Required profile

• Proven experience in project coordination or consultancy within education or digital learning programmes.
• Strong understanding of digital pedagogy, inclusive teaching, and AI applications in education.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑engagement skills.
• Ability to work across multiple time zones and travel as required.
