Demand Planner – Forecasting & Data Analytics

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Demand Planner to lead forecasting and data analytics initiatives. In this role you will develop accurate demand forecasts, collaborate closely with sales and operations, and continuously improve our forecasting processes to ensure product availability.

Key responsibilities

• Create and manage demand forecasts using sales trends, historical data, and market conditions.
• Collaborate with commercial teams to align forecasts with business objectives.
• Monitor forecast accuracy and adjust models as needed.
• Analyze market data to identify demand drivers, seasonality, and promotional impacts.
• Lead the Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) process to ensure cross‑departmental demand alignment.
• Utilize forecasting software and tools to improve efficiency and accuracy.
• Report on key demand metrics and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, Supply Chain Management, Business, or a related field.
• Experience in demand planning, forecasting, or related supply‑chain roles.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and cross‑functional collaboration skills.
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast‑paced environment.
