Data Operator – Onsite, Quezon City

About the role

We are seeking a detail‑oriented Data Operator to join our innovative neurotechnology team in Quezon City. You will support human neuroscience research by guiding participants through study sessions and handling advanced multi‑sensor equipment.

Key responsibilities

• Assist participants from check‑in to session completion, ensuring a smooth experience.
• Operate, calibrate, and maintain advanced multi‑sensor neuroscience equipment.
• Collect, record, and safeguard participant data with high accuracy and confidentiality.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and report them promptly.
• Collaborate with team members to meet operational goals and manage the data lab efficiently.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a customer‑service role.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills in English and Filipino.
• Highly organized, attentive to detail, and able to multitask in a fast‑paced environment.
• Motivated, responsible, and comfortable working in a service‑oriented setting.
• Passion for neurotechnology and willingness to contribute to cutting‑edge research.
