Customer Service Representative – Night Shift

About the role

We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our night‑shift team in Angeles, Philippines. The role focuses on delivering exceptional support, handling inquiries, resolving complaints, and ensuring a positive experience for our B2B customers.

Key responsibilities

• Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone and email.
• Provide product information, assist with order placement, and give status or shipment updates.
• Supply shipping partners with complete information and follow up for timely customs clearance.
• Resolve customer complaints while maintaining a positive attitude.
• Document all interactions accurately in the CRM system.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure timely issue resolution.
• Stay up‑to‑date on company products, services, and policies.

Required profile

• Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in B2B bespoke manufacturing.
• Experience working with USA and UK companies.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Customer‑focused attitude and passion for delivering exceptional service.

Required skills

• Familiarity with CRM software.
• Experience with customer service platforms.
