Customer Service Advisor – 30 hrs/week (5x2)

About the role

Join Falabella's San Fernando store as a Customer Service Advisor, working 30 hours per week on a 5‑day on, 2‑day off schedule. You will be the face of the store, ensuring every shopper enjoys a memorable experience.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and guide customers, answering questions and providing exceptional service.
• Assist shoppers in locating products and suggest alternatives when needed.
• Explain payment options, including cash register, Fpay, and mobile solutions.
• Maintain tidy shelves by constantly restocking and organizing merchandise.
• Report fast‑moving items to management to prevent stockouts.
• Move damaged goods to the warehouse and record them.
• Drive sales in the assigned area by promoting initiatives and strategies.

Required profile

• Completed secondary education (high school diploma).
• Previous experience in public/customer service.
• For foreign candidates: permanent or temporary residence with valid visa documentation.
• Preferred experience in cash handling, sales, or similar retail roles (cashier, sales assistant, etc.).
