Customer Care Specialist – French Bilingual

About the role

Join HelloConnect’s dynamic Customer Care team in the Inoza Tower, BGC. As a French‑Bilingual Customer Care Specialist you will be the first point of contact for our customers, delivering courteous and efficient service across multiple channels while promoting HelloFresh products.

Key responsibilities

• Answer inbound customer inquiries and build engaging relationships on every interaction.
• Promote HelloFresh products and benefits in line with current campaigns.
• Investigate, resolve and document customer complaints and feedback.
• Achieve team KPIs and targets set by management.
• Report issues to relevant departments and suggest process improvements.
• Lead internal projects and act as a brand ambassador for HelloFresh.
• Maintain expert knowledge of company policies, tools and systems.

Required profile

• Minimum 6 months experience as a Customer Service Representative in a BPO environment.
• Fluent in both French and English, with excellent verbal and written communication.
• Willingness to work onsite in BGC, Taguig City or Bridgetowne, Quezon City.
• Strong customer‑service orientation and interpersonal skills.
• Background in customer service, sales or technical support is a plus.
• Active listening, good comprehension and the ability to multitask in a fast‑paced setting.
• Adaptable, detail‑oriented and committed to process excellence.
